Hey there! I’ve been building hard for about a year now, and hitting the gym for about 3 years now. Here is currently what I’m sitting at.. 5’11 I don’t know if I can post images in here or not, but i was just wondering, what do you guys think of my photos.. do I have what it takes to compete? My main goal is that I would like to get into fitness modeling somewhere down the road, but I know I still need to put on some size, cause I’m still pretty little, and my traps and quads could use a little bit work, specifically.. I love working out, and living a healthy lifestyle, it’s amazing how eating differently can effect your body so drastically, and also changing up your workout routines. Im currently trying to bulk up a bit by putting on about .5lb per week for 10 – 12 weeks, as the comp I want to enter is next march.. So right now I’m actually around 204ish What are your thoughts, be picky, or be mean.. I take it all as constructive criticism, and try and learn from it all :) Thanks! |

I’d recommend eating basically everything you can get your hands on. Try eating clean, but don’t be scared to put on some fat just to get your body used to being heavier that way when you get there with muscle it’s not a shock factor. |
